My trip around the world... India

some days back christian and me went from vagator to benaulim by local bus... that was quite funny and interesting. you can really see a nice countryside out here. there are loads of hills and rice fields and everything is really green and the cows are lazy on the fields... sometimes there are really big reclameboards in the middle of nowhere... which is quite annoying. and they are not only big, they are huge... that's what I really don't like. also that they are painting whole houses in kingfisher or maggi style... and then they are painting the whole house red or yellow from the roof to the bottom... and I don't want to have a look inside, I guess they are painted as well In benaulim we went straight to the beach and tried to find a cheap place to stay for some days. we met two guys, a swedish one, gabriel and a german guy named anjo. they were telling us that they are sharing a room and they pay 150 rps and that they thought that there might be something free. so we went with them to the place. the indian guy told us to wait for a quarter of an hour and so we were sitting down on plastic chairs... and were waiting... it took longer than 15 mins and we said that we wanted to have a look around to see if there are maybe other places around. so we went off to the cocohuts. the huts were quite nice, round but with many many mosquitos and the bed didn't really look comfortable... so we decided against the huts and went back to the JP's where we came from. we were sitting down again and waiting. finally the door opend and a couple came outside. the boy cleaned the room and we got a really nice big room with attached toilet and shower (from above) for 150... The next day I was quite sick again and had to stay near the toilet and actually was more sleeping than awake. so I stayed the whole day on the terrasse or in bed. when I was sitting outside I was aware what was going on... hoho... there was one room left there and this room was very busy. first there went a girl inside. after some minutes there came a guy and they closed the door... that was quite normal I thought and went on reading. after a while a second guy came and was knocking on the door... he went inside as well... hmmm... me suspicious... hmmm... after some time the second guy came outside again. he left. after half an hour he came back and knocked on the door. the first guy came outside and the second one went inside... and then they changed again... once it happened that there was one girl inside for two hours and three guys went after each other exactly for 20 minutes inside... so 2 times for each in two hours... finally we asked the owner of the place and he said that it is a little whorehouse... hoho... the price... : 250 rps an hour including the girl... That was interesting... (not for me... hihi).. but yeah. the owner was a nice guy and the indian make love quiet... so we weren't bothered too much.

the day before yesterday I went finally to the doctor to get me some medicine for my stomach. I got 5 different types of pills. one package against vomiting, one against pain, one 5 day cure against diarea, two big big yellow pills which I had to take immediately and some vitamin pills... normally it is quite expensive to buy medicine (like christian paid loads for his pennicillin) and I was waiting for the bill and was hoping that my 1000 rps which I had with me, were enough... but the bill was just 420 inclusive the doctor... so I was happy. So at the moment I am taking the 5 days cure... I don't need the pain and vommitkillers at the time.. but good to have them anyway. if I am not getting better within the next 5 days I will go to the hospital and let them check what they have to check ... By the way... I am in Palolem at the moment but this is another story and you can read it soon...
